I was an art teacher for the Medford Public Schools from 1981-2016. I hold a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts and Learning from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Art from Salem State University. I am certified in Massachusetts to teach grades K-12 art. I recently retired and have been pursuing different avenues to create and paint and display my paintings and jewelry. I have worked in oils, acrylic paints, acrylic inks, watercolors, graphite, and poured acrylic painting. Currently I am painting using acrylics. I also work in PMC3 pure silver, making pendants, earrings and bracelets and rings. I am a firm believer that anyone can be guided through a painting.
